Upon hearing about the existence of stray cats in the area, the woman decided to investigate. Upon arriving, she approached the locals and was directed to a small kitten crawling around the trailers. Carmen was disturbed when she saw the poor creature – it was tiny, drenched in mud, and covered in fleas. She immediately took it into her arms and realized that it needed immediate care.

As the helpless kitten struggled to walk, people came and went without offering any assistance. Carmen hadn’t planned on adopting any cats that day, but seeing the poor creature in distress, she couldn’t just leave it there. Without hesitation, she scooped up the kitten and took it with her in her car.

Fortunately, fate brought me to the trailer park on that particular day and I was able to assist the little boy who had been exposed to the cold for a significant amount of time. The inhabitants of the trailer park handed him over to me, visibly shivering with cold. During our ride, I did my best to provide him with warmth to alleviate his discomfort.

Aside from being covered in dirt, the little feline also had an infection that caused his eyes to be watery and scabbed with dried discharge. Carmen didn’t waste any time and gave him a bath with flea treatment, and carefully washed his eyes until they were clear. From there, she decided to name him Liam.
“Thankfully, Liam is doing much better now! He’s clean, dry, free of fleas, and has a satisfied tummy.”

Carmen made an effort to create a cozy sleeping spot for Lyme, the kitten she was introduced to. She added a fluffy toy to his designated area and once the kitten had eaten and warmed up, he started to purr contentedly upon being petted.

Within a mere 24 hours, the little feline’s health had taken a turn for the better. His vision had cleared up and he seemed to have developed quite an appetite, indicating that he was not suffering from any grave illnesses. Remarkably, he even managed to put on a bit of weight throughout the course of the day.

Carmen looks forward to a bright future where she’s hopeful that her cat will grow into a stunning feline. However, there are some adult stray cats lurking around the trailer park, and Carmen and her buddies are doing their best to capture them.
