Unfortunately, Justice had a rough beginning to his life that was in no way his fault. He suffered from abuse and neglect that led to him being abandoned. Despite this, Justice managed to survive and eventually found his way to the Shelbyville/Shelby County Animal Shelter. It was here that he finally experienced the love and respect that every dog deserves. Justice is now living his best life and defying the odds against him. He only wishes that the people who caused him harm would one day face justice for their actions.

Back in 2018, a furry creature named Justice was discovered wandering the streets of Indiana. The poor thing was only two years old, but his body was covered in severe chemical burns that looked like they were inflicted intentionally. It’s hard to believe that Justice managed to survive even for a brief period of time. Fortunately, an organization took care of him and provided the necessary medical attention he deserved. Initially, the staff wrapped Justice in bandages to aid his recovery process. Over time, his skin started to heal, and some of his fur grew back. Even though he’ll never be the same after the horrible ordeal, that doesn’t matter to the shelter staff since they love him for who he is. Surprisingly, the world has also grown incredibly fond of Justice.

According to veterinarian Jessica Lynch, Justice was initially very sorrowful, but he has made great progress since then. He now has a much more vibrant personality and is a lively little guy. After receiving medical attention and instruction for nearly a year, he is ready to be adopted. There are already many admirers eager to take him home from various parts of the country and the world. Unfortunately, the shelter is only accepting applications from those within a 100-mile radius due to the possibility of future treatments requiring proximity to the vets.

Justice had a fresh start in life when he was adopted according to plan and settled into his new home quickly. The adorable canine had already garnered a significant following during his shelter days, and his new parents have been keeping his fans informed via social media. Despite the challenging past that Justice had endured, he is now living it up and enjoying life.
Given his tumultuous background, training Justice was no easy feat. The stubborn pup would often resist instruction and pose a challenge for his trainers. However, with persistence and dedication, an exceptional dog trainer named Lexi worked with him for over a year, and he gradually warmed up to her. He is now much more cooperative and obedient. Lexi revealed that she only has one more training session left with Justice.

Justice is getting more comfortable in his home with each passing day. He has become more loving towards his parents, and is even asking for belly rubs which shows a sign of trust. Although it may seem like a small gesture, rolling over can be seen as a sign of vulnerability in dogs. By allowing his stomach to be rubbed, Justice is showing that he trusts his family completely and knows he is safe with them. This is a true testament to the bond between Justice and his loving family.

The shelter has been working tirelessly to uncover the culprit responsible for Justice’s abuse since it was established. Initially, a reward of $5,000 was offered for the conviction of the individual responsible, but this amount has since increased to $20,000. Although progress has been made with the help of anonymous tips, the case remains open. One of these tips led the shelter to a person who previously owned Justice when he was known as “Roscoe.” This person claimed to have given Justice away before the abuse occurred, but their statement cannot be verified. Unfortunately, there is currently insufficient evidence to bring the perpetrator to justice for this despicable act.
